Landlink are preparing a planning application for a new mixed-use food store and drive-thru development in Selsey, located adjacent to ASDA and Costa at Wave Approach.
The proposals would extend the existing retail centre, with plans also including new landscaping and parking provision. Proposals will provide greater choice and convenience for local people and reduce the number of journeys residents currently make to Chichester for retail services.

On Wednesday 28th October, between 3pm and 6:30pm, we will be hosting a drop-in exhibition session for the community to meet our team and find out more about our proposals. Most importantly, this is an opportunity to ask questions and share your feedback.
